Great location! The beach and the ‘strip’ are right there. The beach yoga and included boogie boards, umbrella and beach chairs were a plus.

Room I was assigned was occupied by someone else when I got to the room. It was marketed as a quiet place to rest away from the noise of the main area - but it was the sea world of hotels. Also they charged by for 2 nights for a 22hr stay because I arrived early in the morning.

Location, location, location. It does not get any better than this. This hotel is in the heart of Waikiki right where everyone wants to be. The staff were all above and beyond nice, friendly and professional. The amenities were beyond expectations. The pool area was always clean with plenty of fresh towels and ample nice reclining lounge chairs. No waiting for anything. Our maid was the best, she could clean the entire room, vaccum and change the bedding in 10 minutes. Lots of TV channels and even had HBO. Ive stayed in hotels all over the world and the location of this one is unbeatable. Beautiful mountain and ocean views from the same floor to cieling windows. 🏝️🏁

Everything was perfect

Staff was rude and unfriendly! Mold in the room. Refrigerator didn’t work. Stay 5 nights, housekeeping on night 3 didn’t replace the used towels. Shower won’t drain. All issues reported to staff that was ignored. Had to point out the mold to housekeeping, since the front desk staff failed to inform housekeeping to clean the mold. Hotel.com didn’t mention there is an actual parking fee per night.
