Stay was great and beautiful! Walls are very thin though, can hear everything from below and upstairs.

Loved the ocean view, very relaxing, staff was very nice.

The staffs were very nice. The rooms were neat with beautiful views. But most of my shows were canceled. For example the Luau show was canceled, no extra activities were created indoor for other intertainments. No welcome activities for the new guests. After that everything was well.

We had a wonderful 4 days at turtle bay. We were able to see whales from our hotel balcony and really enjoyed the beach and pools.

Breakfast was good except for pre-made sandwiches. Mountain view not exciting. Very clean room. Valet is too expensive

Very conveniently located next to Waikiki. Room is very basic, like a college dorm. With that being said, you go to Hawaii to be outside and not hanging out in your room. It serves it's purpose, clean and comfortable, plus very affordable. Staff is super friendly and the coffee bar is simple and appreciated.

This is a special place, and I really enjoyed my stay here. The morning yoga classes on the floating dock were exceptional. Just be aware it is a 3-star resort, so don't expect the units to be in top condition. Cleanliness could be better (corners, top of the fridge), though overall acceptable (linens and towels were clean). Overall a very peaceful spot with amenities to offer and friendly staff. Oh, and the daily banana bread was delicious (and vegan, which was a pleasant surprise).

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times. If you’re looking for a hotel close to the beach without the high cost this is the place. The staff are excellent and make you feel welcomed. They have a great games area for those few rainy days. I stayed with the Mountain View which was a bit noisy in the middle of the night with the garbage trucks emptying bins. The hotel is older so it is a bit run down, but they are always working to keep it up. Again - I love the location and will return to this hotel again.
