"Shuttle was fine. Staff was very friendly. We got put on the courtyard, bottom floor closest to the highway. The traffic noise was so loud that it was hard to fall asleep. Then to be awakened by a loud motorcycle that sounded like it was crashing through the door at 5am was just fan-freaking-tastic.... Never again. "

"We got an ocean view room with a small balcony, nice place to sit and enjoy watching the waves, surfers and people enjoying the sun. You can enjoy the beach, just few steps away. The staff are very friendly and helpful, always greet you with a smile. The hotel is in the middle of waikiki strip and across the street from International market(mall), very convenient!"

"This room was disgusting! It feels and looks dirty walking in! We paid for a PARTIAL OCEAN view and all we got was the parking lot view and roof view of another building. The beds are double beds and are literally SAGGING! Terrible pillows, dirty bathroom upon check in... GROSS, GROSS, GROSS!!! spend a few more bucks for something that will be worth it, called front desk multiple times and no answer... I finally decided to give up on trying... NO GOOD! "
