I was very disappointed that both of your outdoor jacuzzi’s were not working properly. One had no jets that worked ( yes I turned it on) the other one had only one jet that worked. Very disappointed. Also, I don’t know who redid the bathrooms, but the shower head was on the wall facing the shower curtain, absolutely ridiculous, as the floor was covered in water every shower. I have always considered your property top notch but I must say not this visit. $52 a night to park is absurd and the resort fees along with every other little bit you can squeeze out of your guests has left me feeling unsatisfied and not sure if I’ll be choosing your property my next stay."

"Nice enough. Room was good, staff were nice. Easy to access towels, chair and boogie boards to use, easy access to beach. Lot of noise early every morning from the streets below as trucks do deliveries which is understandable but annoying. Construction was going on during the day which I wasn’t made aware of during booking or at any time before arriving so lot of noise during the day, which….. I wasn’t there really anyways but still annoying. Well worth what we paid, pretty nice hotel."

"Moana Surfrider will officially now be the only hotel I stay when I visit Waikiki. The staff, hotel, room, gym, proximity to food and everything in between, was perfect. The person who checked us in, Yumi, was warm and welcoming and help us to upgrade our room to a beautiful ocean view. Thank you again for a wonderful stay! We are definitely returning costumers."
