10/10 Excellent

"Loved this hotel. Room was big enough for 5 adults. Nice to have a hot breakfast. Super easy 5 minute walk to the beach. Close to Waikiki shopping/restaurants.Hard Rock cafe is within 5 minutes. Had a really good meal there. "

"It was a lovely stay. Lights went out at about midnight didn’t come back on for couple of hours had to wait for the hot water to get hot again to take a shower. We were compensated for our troubles which was very nice of the establishment. but staff worked well to get everything under control. No microwave in hotel not sure why. "

"Great location, easy walking to the beach and surrounding area’s locations. Breakfast was good and large area to eat inside and outside. They were able to secure our luggage on checkout day and hold onto them until our later day flight time. My only slight negative was that i did not earn any IHG rewards because i booked through Expedia. Would definitely stay at this property again. "

"They were painting the floors and our room smelled like paint thinner the first 2 days. I reported it to the front desk. They said they were going to do something but honestly, I don’t think they did. The fire alarm went off one day we went to the lobby. They didn’t really have any information nor did they tell us when everything was clear that it was OK to go back to the rooms. Beneath our balcony was a weed truck dispensary and a homeless man sleeping on the street. Needless to say it smelled like marijuana on the balcony. If I were to ever stay there again I would have to have an incentive."
