The room was fine. But it faced out onto the pool. The waterfall was noisy. Also the families around the pool were loud until after 10pm. Lock on window was broken and less than safe. Otherwise met our needs - somewhere to stay while we visited the parks. Price very reasonable.

Easy check in, professional staff, clean room and nice grounds around hotel. Everyone is nice and want to assure your having a great time.

One of the most amazing places I have stayed! The staff all thought out the hotel had the most amazing hospitality and the rooms absolutely spotless! Looking forward to staying there again!

we reached out several times to confirm our VERY late arrival, i was advised to check in on the app but then couldn't use the key because of the elevators not connecting with them so we had to still stop at the front desk to check in. Our room had nothing ready for the pull out bed so we had to wait 30 mins for bedding (at 2 am) and the pull out was big enough for 1 person, not 2.

The room was indeed spotless and staff were very courteous. Great environment and the hotel was clean itself.
