Clean facility, cleaning staff very polite however, way overpriced on the food and beverage cocktails are diluted with cheap liquor and way overpriced.

Housekeeping was excellent. Staff at beach was very helpful. The wind off the Atlantic kept the beach comfortable and the waves a challenge. Food was great.

A dream.

The property was maintained properly, but it has room for improvement. The restroom in the first floor next to the bar were dirty, not well maintain for a hotel of that category. The air conditioner failed in our room, but we were quickly moved to a different room.

Recently returned from 6 days at the Atlantis. (Family of 3- 2 adults and 1 child (12)) We had an amazing experience! We stayed at The Cove and opted for the club level- which was well worth it for us! (Note- the club lounge does not allow kids under 12- staff is strict about this policy) Club includes a full breakfast in the morning and small bites after. Later there is a happy hour and a dessert bar. This helped us not always go out. (However, the club concierge was great!) The room was spacious for 3 of us. The view from the room was amazing! Apparently there was construction on a pool and some balconies during our stay- both of which we could see from our room- but we could barely hear anything. The Cove was conveniently located. We walked to dolphin cove, the water park, and most of the other hotels. Otherwise- there was a shuttle every few minutes. Everyone we encountered was beyond friendly. We’ll definitely be back!
