I’m not sure if this is the norm now but the room did not have a microwave oven. The tub floor did not have any “grip” to it so it became slippery when taking a shower. Although we were informed that the room only gets cleaned every other day, it did not, until we asked for it on the 3rd day.
Ice machines were located on every even floor, and water fill stations were on the 1st & 3rd floors.
We did enjoy that as part of staying at the hotel, we could rent (for free) 3 items a day from the nearby Beach Candy shop (chairs, umbrellas, radio, etc).
The hotel staff was friendly and offered the extra option to communicate with them via their text system.
We went on some tours and were picked up right in front of the hotel.
Overall we had a good experience during our stay.

The grounds are always kept in prime condition. The access to a good snorkel beach and a near by pool is one main reason for coming here. The staff were all great and helpful. The food service and quality were great at each location. Breakfast was excellent. Of course $40 a night for self-parking and another $40 for Resort fees is a killer as it is just pure profit add on to the room rate.

We had an issue with our rental car on the way from the airport to the property. The valet guts were so helpful and accommodating to us! As our first impression of the property, they could not have done better. All the staff were friendly. We did have a view of the ocean and the pool from our room.
