"The air conditioning was not great. They do warn you ahead of time on their website. They provided a fan so that helped. We went in March so it was relatively cold outside, I don't know how good it would work on the summer months. Apart from that, very clean, staf was friendly and helpful and spoke English. 7 min walk to JR train station and around the corner from a 7-11 with ATM to get Yen if like us did not have time at the airport."

"The front staff is absolutely amazing. We had an issue with one of our reservations and they went out of their way to resolve the problem for us.
