The hotel is very beautiful and very clean, the rooms are a bit small but with little luggage there is no problem with that. The breakfast is good, it's a buffet style, it's almost always the same dishes and at no point were we very crowded, we always had a place in the restaurant.
Fantastic location for subway links to everywhere. Loads of dining and bar options close by in the streets about a 5 min walk away. Comfortable beds for a great night's sleep. Plush feel. Had everything including laundry. Staff were super helpful. Highly recommend.
The room was relatively small but sufficient for us as a family with small kid. The hotel room was very clean. We received clean towels and new amenities everyday, although every second day would have been enough. The spa (Onsen) was a wonderful benefit. The location is great to discover all the popular places in Tokyo. Overall 10/10 recommend!
Excellent Location, Comfort, and Cleanliness
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at APA Hotel PRIDE Akasaka Kokkaigijidomae in Tokyo. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing everything needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay.
Its location is outstanding, just a short walk from the train station, making it incredibly convenient to explore Tokyo. Numerous restaurants, shops, and popular sightseeing attractions are also within easy reach.
The hotel offers excellent convenience and value, particularly for visitors wanting to experience Tokyo without spending too much time commuting.
I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo.
tiny room, really but great gor budget. love the rooftop onsen. great location but could have to walk a lot within the subway station as it’s at the end of one line.
Location was in a great area because it was right next to the transit station. Room was super clean. They gave fresh towels every day. Breakfast was also great. Had a lot of different variety. AC in the room also worked very well.
The hotel lobby was very beautiful. The room was small and well maintained, cleaned every 2 days or upon request. I did get confused with the delivery of the towels and yukata. The sky view room was disappointing.
As advertised it’s walkable to multiple train lines, a few blocks away there are restaurants but not much else because it is in a business/ government district.
Felt safe walking from train at night due security at the buildings. There are so many APA locations I chose the wrong location but it was still a good hotel for my stay just nothing to do walkable near it.
I loved everything about this hotel. Location was awesome, especially being close to train station. I will definitely stay here again and looking forward to my next future trip stay. Simply Awesome!
The location is fabulous. Walking distance to many sites and a train close as well.
The room has everything you need.
The staff was very kind and helped with many things.
Will stay there again.
The APA Hotels in Tokyo are all quiet similar with subtle differences here and there. Of some I have stayed at, this was the best in terms of location, amenities, cleanliness and comfort.
The price is great, but the rooms are quite small - especially if traveling with a lot of luggage ( bit the beds are made so that luggage can be pushed UNDER the bed and out of the way). I did not use the restaurant, but there are so ,many choices nearby so eating is never an issue and this is 2 minutes from a major METRO stop, so getting around town was easy.
This was such a nice hotel with a relaxing onsen! It had everything we needed to refresh after some stressful meetings we had in central Tokyo. The only annoying thing was the self-check in which took a long time when we came in wet from rain and with a crying baby. I wish the staff would have helped us a bit more.
“Great stay overall. The room was very clean and comfortable, and everything was well maintained. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the check-in process smooth. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a long day. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers.”
Location was perfect, right on the Ginza line which takes you to all the main areas. Hotel and room was spotless.
However, lost a star because the shear panic they created by trying to cancel our reservation due to us not confirming an estimated time of arrival. We couldn't do this as we were travelling for 23hrs and arrived at 11pm in Tokyo so had no service and rushed about trying to make last train times.
Remember to do this if prompted by the hotel even though it states no where in the policy about this and I've never had a hotel care so much about about an arrival time.
Easy check in and out. Room was clean with everything you need for a short stay. Bath was excellent and much appreciated. Did not try the breakfast as there were plenty of good restaurants nearby. Would definitely come back.
