「Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Check in was seamless, Kathryn was very welcoming and polite. Room was very clean and just fantastic! Bathroom and shower are seperate, kitchen facilities great and washer/dryer a bonus! Close to train station, which made travelling around Tokyo easy. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Thank you to all the staff that assisted with storing our luggage due to late flight. 」

「A clean spacious room with all amenities available for use. We took advantage of the washer dryer in one, that was a big plus! It felt very homey and I would 100% recommend this apartment-hotel. I would def book with them again. The staff was efficient with communicating. The location was right off the train station, also a big plus! 」
