"Very friendly and helpful staff, nice rooms, nice location with a lot of useful places and good places to eat in walking distance. The bed was the standard stiffness that I found in most hotels in Japan. The room for 1 was very nice with enough room for luggage and has a desk which I appreciated."

"The rooms were very small. We barely had space to open our luggage and the lobby didn’t offer much room to relax. However, the staff was wonderful and incredibly helpful throughout our stay."

"The view from our room was fantastic. The brunch menu offered a wide variety of food choices and the food was fresh. The shop downstairs offered drinks and snacks, and the cafe in the lobby was a nice place to relax and have a cup of tea. The bar lounge was very comfortable. All of the staff were friendly and professional. The luggage storage made later check-ins and later departure to the airports convenient. We were able to continue enjoying the area without having to drag luggage along until it was time to leave. We did not know about the laundry service. That would have been nice to know as we just disembarked off a two week cruise wita suitcase full of laundry needing to be washed. "

"Room walls are dirty. Old furniture. Laundry dryer weak power, spent ¥1500 and 1.5hrs for a load. Had to order for women’s skincare set to be delivered, not in room; no razor, had to buy. Taxi needs surcharge to go to Annex Lobby. All in all not a great experience "

"Clean room "

"Staff were always ready to help with anything, sometimes very busy, other times waiting patiently in the lobby for someone who might need something. Club lounge breakfast was healthy and plentiful. The room was comfortable and quiet, cleaned daily, with very nice shower and thick towels. The small balcony was enough to enjoy the lights at night. Overall, a most enjoyable stay. Have stayed here several times now, and will do so again."

"Great location and views"

"The hotel was in a great location with a train station near by and one just a 15min walk away. There were plenty of food places near by so I would highly recommend booking this hotel. On top of this the staff were lovely took the time to answer my questions, the rooms were very clean and the house keeping was very high standard 10/10 if I was to go back to Japan again I would booking this hotel again. "
