I rated it four due to the location. Roppongi felt more focused on style than social interaction; as someone who values conversation over fashion, I found it difficult to connect with people there."

The rooms and bathroom are SMALL, but that's to be expected in Tokyo. The front desk staff speak very little English, which they have solved with technology via automated check-in kiosks. Express check-out by just dropping your keycard in a slot is every convenient. "
