The room was up to my standards in terms of cleanliness. I was aware the room was going to be small but it wasnt too bad. I enjoyed staying there during my at Tokyo .

Die Lage des Hotels ist grandios in nur wenigen Gehminuten ist man am Bahnhof Tamachi. Die Bahn bringt dich in kürzester Zeit in alle Richtung. In nur 10-15 Minuten bist du entweder bei Shibuya, in Akihabara, beim Skytree … Der Tokyo Tower ist außerdem nur 15 Gehminuten entfernt. Wir haben ohne Frühstück gebucht und uns jeden Morgen Frühstück im Lawson geholt, welcher nur 1 Minute entfernt ist. Das Hotel ist schön gepflegt und sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich. Der einzige Minuspunkt und daher ein Stern Abzug, liegt bei uns in der Größe des Zimmers. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer und es war wirklich winzig, man hat kaum Platz den Koffer zu öffnen oder aneinander vorbeizulaufen.

The hotel was great, the bed was nice and the bathroom provided enough privacy - something we've been struggling with in our previous stays. The amenities provided were also very good - skin care products, coffee, tea and more. It's also very well located, with metro and rail station, we coul go easily to various Tokyo locations. BUT, we had an incident with the cleaning, in one of our rooms our own products such as tooth brush and shampoo went missing, probably discarded, but the hotel claimed they didn't put anything away. We were having a great time but this incident was very upsetting. They didn't take responsibility for it neither offered compensation.

Ein sehr sauberes Hotel in der direkten Nähe vom Bahnhof Tamachi. Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch Drogerien sind in der unmittelbaren Nähe vorhanden. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr ordentlich und aufgeräumt. Es werden kostenlos Hygieneartikel wie Zahnbürste und Rasierer zur Verfügung gestellt. CheckIn und CheckOut funktioniert größtenteils eigenständig über Automaten. Sollte man jedoch mal ein Anliegen haben war das Rezeptionspersonal stehst sehr freundlich und bemüht zu Helfen.

The rooms are much smaller than the pictures show on expedia. Had to change rooms a few days before leaving as aircon wasnt working and from then on with 2 people in the room the cleaners kept giving us only one towel. When asking reception they wanted to charge us 6000 yen to ring for a taxi and told us there were no ubers there and we saw a lot. Only two washing machines. Only two dryers which would take us 90 minutes to dry and home took 2.5 hours and therefore clogging it up for others wanting to use them. Bathroom very small which was not evident on pictures posted on expedia. It would be fine for one person but a lot harder for two we couldnt even keep our suitcases out and we were there for two weeks. If we went to Tokyo again we would absolutely be looking for something bigger.
