"Conveniently located by Nagano Station. A lot of restaurants nearby. Storage lockers available before check in and after check out. They offer a free donut on check in. Prepaid breakfast had a good selection. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was on the 6th floor overlooking the street. You pick your own amenities downstairs. "

"Hotel is situated very close to Nagano station , its clean but furnishings are a little dated. It was a short 2 night stay and for that it was just right location and overall package."

"Great location, just a short walk from Nagano Station and easy to find. It's on the same road that leads to Zenkoji Temple. For a two-night stay this met my expectations. Facilities were clean and tidy. I also had the chance to dine in at their Mash Cafe - it was a nice, cozy ambiance and the food and drinks were delicious. Staff both at check-in counter and cafe were very friendly. "

"The room is very dated and not many plug or charging points. The room and bathroom is very small. The location is great and the staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. Enjoyed the free drinks on the top floor with a great view. "
