"A nice stopover on way from Niseko to Sapporo. Lovely large rooms. Did not love everything from the kaiseki dinner but the beef sukiyaki was good. Booked the private cypress bath so that we could bathe as a family but i would skip this next time and head straight for the public bath on the high level - large with a view of the forest."

"Amazing ryokan style hotel, highly recommended. The omakase dinner and breakfast were both delicious. Surpassed our expectations with the hotel and the surrounding area. Beautiful place with lots of outdoor activities depending on the season. We visited during November and it was the most beautiful place we seen in Hokkaido, including the drive into and out of it. This place would be our top priority when we visit Hokkaido again. "

"Place was beautiful, room was spacious and had everything we needed. Excellent service and a huge shout out to “Ziggy” at the front desk. Upon check in we mentioned that a person in our party doesn’t eat seafood. Ziggy explained that without the advance notice, they are unable to promise that the menu could be changed. However, they were able to be change her menu for both dinner and breakfast! Thank you Ziggy!! We appreciate you!!"

"여자들끼리 혹은 여자 혼자 오기에 좋았습니다. 숙소에서 향이 나고 음악소리도 나며 곳곳은 아름답게 꾸며져 있습니다. 방도 예쁘고요. 쉬고 싶을 때 좋을 거 같아요. 다만 식사가 조금 아쉬워요. 저녁은 그런대로 잘 먹었는데 아침식사가 주먹밥인데 그다지 맛이 없어요. 건강한 삼각김밥 먹는 기분이라, 호텔 조식 뷔페가 그립더라고요. 그래도 전체적인 느낌이 좋아서 또 갈 것 같아요. 그리고 마시지도 진짜 좋았습니다. 다음에는 미리 예약하고 오려고 합니다. "

Our room had traditional tatami mats, a view into a small garden and a glorious bathroom with a mini-onsen bath, supplied direct from the source. "Very friendly staff greeted me and when I leave, they run with umbrella and waited on me. Room wa spacious, clean, had fridge with cold water, hot water kettle and tea sets. The room does not have bath or toilet but it did not bother me. Bath was made of hinoki tub, clean with amenities. I went there twice but I had all for myself. This inn has only 8 rooms so not get crowded. Food is the main hit. It was so fresh and delicious. You need to like fresh raw fish though. I din’t Know if they...
