"As a family, we travel A LOT and I can honestly say, this was possibly the best hotel stay we have ever had. The facilities are flawless, the amenities are generous, and the staff is relentlessly helpful and kind. The location couldn’t be more convenient for a one stop ski in/ski out situation. With gear rental and lessons booked from the lower level, it couldn’t be easier to show up and have a wonderful snow holiday. My partner was injured on our last day on the slopes and the staff arranged transport to the hospital and sent a staff member to translate; we can’t thank them enough for making sure our stay was perfect…even when it wasn’t. "Very convenient and value hotel for short stays. Not a full service hotel but was more than adequate. Onsen was clean and basic shower facilities. Short walk to canal and main shopping street. Free open private parking next to hotel. Would stay again. "
