"Our room was lovely with a beautiful view of the mountains. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. The food was delicious! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful stay."

"It was great, room was nice. People are nice. I got stuck on the carpark opposite from the snowstorm, the guys/girls at the reception came and tried to help me unstuck the car. There are only 2 washing machine/laundry though, so if you forgot to take the laundry out, they normally put out a card on the machine to tell you get it from the reception."

"The staff and amenities were awesome. I booked it mainly for the onsen and it did not disappoint. They also had free washers for laundry. You had to pay to dry the clothes but 20 minutes for ¥100 was very affordable. I would definitely stay here again. "
