"The staff were rude at check in and during our stay when we had an inquiry. We tried to use the sauna and it wasn’t working properly. "

"It was a decent hotel, large room size but non-smoking smelt so strongly of cigarettes we had to ask to move. Not many of the staff spoke English or at least not at the level to discuss the matter but this was solved using a translation app on my phone. To be fair to the staff, they got us an air prurifier and when that didn't work, they moved us to a different room without any quibble and that one fortunately did not smell. Gym was quite small but okay, however had one incident where my wife needed to use the facilities and the gym changing rooms did not have one, so we walked down the corridor to the adjoining spa and she used the toilet there. We were borderline aggressively chased then followed out despite us trying to explain what had happened."

"It was a spectacular stay from start to finish. The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly kind and professional, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. Everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The front desk staff were unfortunately not very friendly or approachable. Most of the time, they just stood there, and it was unclear whether they really wanted to be there to help guests. The floor in my room was very dirty. I had to ask the front desk if they could send the cleaner back to clean it again and bring extra towels. However, it didn’t happen the first time, so I had to ask again. On the positive side, the hotel’s location is good though."
