Great stay

Location was off the centre, but the stay was great. Close enough to the subway station (about 5 mins walk). The building seems to be connected to the Alibaba compound. Staff speaks great English, and the room was the most comfortable that we stayed in China. Luxurious feel and very clean with great amenities.

酒店新穎，乾淨衛生，最驚喜的有膠囊咖啡機及咖啡提供。周邊餐廳好多，特別走到附近的阿里。到西溪濕地公園及西湖都有公交直達，但是回酒店就有點麻煩，由於周邊建地鐵，所以原有的好多路線都改道了！要在醫院附近的小路走進去才行

After the five-day excitement around and about the lake, it was a nice recession staying in the Nook. Good interior design, luxurious but not overdone. Friendly staff were very helpful. Impressed by the study-room like reception hall.

Very clean and good interior design, modern and classic. The staffs are very helpful. The hotel is located very close to the Zhejiang University, Yuquan campus. If you are an international student who looking for the accommodation near campus before the semester open. I really recommended this hotel to be one of your choice 👍.

The hotel is located north of west lake, about 5 km away, not close to any place of attraction. Hotel is close to the technology hub, and for the price, the room and amenity is a value for money a good business hotel

This is our second time staying here. Quality of service and comfort still the same, excellent! Although they no longer provide free instant noodles as added value, the free snacks and drinks from the mini bar are still good.

Confortable and clean but a bit out of the way

Hotel was clean tidy and beautiful rooms. Arrived late in the evening and he not eaten could not get any food as the hotel is remote a little and nothing close to eat . The hotel says 24 hr food in the book but this was closed . Hotel also tried to charge the room nightly charge again even though it was prepaid

Spacious and homely

Located in an area away from the tourist district, near to office block and across from University. Within the “Ecological Quarter” are many restaurants and good for many meals over several days if you don’t want to go hunting for food. Comfortable rooms with open concept bathroom and cabinet; excellent for single person or couples. 30 mins by taxi to the West Lake area. Minibar is free to use, replenished daily. Coffee machine (capsule) and hot water boiler flask in-room.

Superb service & comfy bed

The staffs were all warm and attentive, and the customer service at the front desk was excellent. They led us directly to our rooms upon check-in, and they offered to lend us umbrellas during the pouring rain without us asking. The mini bar was also free, these are the little things that make a difference. The bathroom was slightly transparent, but not a problem for couple though.
