"Lousy check in. Need to fight for a simple shower which I booked as special requests. Hotel looks nice for the lobby. Rooms are ok but older. Towels are fringed out. Everything is around 15 to 20 years old heavy used but well maintained. As money is the religion in China, is it same in this hotel. Hotel is prepaid and they want to have additional deposit of double hotel price. I really don't like this behaviour. Will not go again. There are better and nicer hotels in Hangzhou."

"Excellent location, 70 metres from Metro station which takes you to the airport or any main train station. Hotel room is super modern. Especially the full function electronic 'spa' toilet experience. Free laundry wash and fold service. Reasonable selection breakfast for Westerners. Bed was very comfortable, not hard. "

"Central location suitable for downtown shopping and within walking distance to the West Lake, breakfast is more geared towards oriental taste. The bathroom in the standard room is a bit tight if you’re if larger size. The staff are keen and helpful. Great green tea leaves in room."

"This is a pretty good apartment hotel. Convenient location, full of shopping and dinning choices, walking distance to the west lake. The price is a bargain for three adults for a room."
"It looks like the property is undergoing some renovations. Check-in was done by someone at the reception counter who cannot speak English. He came upto our room, but the key card was not working. We had to go back to the reception to get another card for another room. Wifi password was provided only after we asked for it. But the connection was very bad.
No breakfast provided. No restaurants at the hotel. The shower handle at the bathroom was leaking water everywhere.

"Beautiful rooms. I fell in love immediately and booked 2 more nights. Auto flushing toilet. Automatic drape open & close by command. Lovely decorated with antique bathtub & chair. extremely large shower and private bathroom. The staff was delightful. Many wonderful dining places within 5 minutes walk. there are 2 banks nearby, lots of convenience stores, shopping malls and night market. walking distance to West lake and many boat riding options. Truly wonderful experience. A (5 star hotel) at $35! I felt very much at home. highly recommended. "
