「We are a party of two. No favorable point at all about the hotel. We checked in shortly after 3pm. First of all, upon entering the room, we noticed a smell of urin, coming from the AC unit. We immediately reported the problem. Hotel clerk said to send a maintenace personnel to the room. No one came. We had to sleep in the foul smell all night without the AC. Also, the bath drained extremely slow. Next morning we made a compalint about the two problems. The hotel clerk at the counter (a...

「Had to change rooms 3 times. And the last room had issues. First room, no tv, fridge, microwave. And was very dirty, windows, counters, curtains were peeling their coating. 2 nd room, same as the first, but walked in bathroom, the toilet was overflowing. Last room did have a tv, fridge, and microwave, but lights in bathroom and dressing area DIDNT work. Curtains again were peeling their, and tge biggest problem was that there were roaches all over and Espoo. The bed. My friend wouldn’t...

「Excellent shower.」

「Clean rooms and very friendly staff」

「Average hotel and average experience. It is a fair way from the airport and very difficult to access without a car (we used an Amtrack, then a bus, then had to walk with luggage for about 8 minutes). It has no restaurant and basic facilities.」

「Walls are unfortunately paper thin. You can hear full conversations, even whispers from the hallways, rooms next door, and neighboring buildings (right next to a gas station and CVS constantly loading/unloading packages). Unfortunately I wouldn’t return because of this. Customer service was great. Staff is kind. I liked the texting feature with the front desk. They checked on me multiple times. Food was good, but kind of odd they won’t do room service. After a long day it kinda sucks to have...

「Very clean and well maintained. Great staff」

「Used rolls of toilet paper & paper towels in both suites I booked. I was also informed by the manager Mark that the hotel was overbooked when I stayed which resulted in me getting an incorrect room. I reserved 2 rooms with 2 Queen beds & only one room with 2 Queen beds was available. I had to take a 1 King bed because no other room was available. I was told I would get comped a room on my Hilton Rewards account, but was lied to because I contacted Hilton & that never happened. I will never stay...

「I have stayed here before but this trip I didn't like all of the new changes. Paying for parking when the room rates are already high is ridiculous. Signing is to go to the pool area and having a band on as well. Can't bring drinks, meaning water.,in the pool area nor music. The hot tub was way too hot. Was not happy about that . The food was bland. My overall stay was not great like in the past. Plus using the gym area needs not have children in that area that plays on the equipment. While I...
