4/5 - Good
Good if only staying 1-3 days more then that I would pick a larger Hampton. Oh yes the breakfast was very good

Dogs barking loudly and the room smelled bad like old spaghetti-o’s

The breakfast was pretty good, if you do not eat beef or pork you have to request an alternative with either the front desk or with a food server. There wasn't too many options, only pork bacon, eggs and sometimes pancakes or french toast. The pool wasn't clean the first 3 days of my stay, so that ...

We were last minute moved to an entirely different location further away from the stadium than we wanted to be. The new reassigned place was nothing like the one we booked. It was not upkept well, the building had elevator issues to a point we had to wait for a while before we could even go up to ...

On the list of places that I liked or visited it was missing The National Treasure, Morgan State University!!! One of the best universities in Baltimore and it was not listed. I also visited Martin’s West which is next door to the Hampton Inn .
The area is great. Close to inerestate, shopping mall nearby, very clean area.
Business in Baltimore, bu Windsor Mill was close enough but away from the craziness of the city. Just one thing I noticed, the grass around the exits and highways was very unkempt and gave it a messy look.
They tried to charge me extra rates with out any explanation. I had already left the hotel and my card was pinged 3 times from 12:40 1:30 pm for an additional 600$ which was more than my actual stay. I would have filed a lawsuit if I didn’t catch it.
Absolutly horrific customer service. General manager will not be of any assistance with any issues.
