「The staff were very friendly. We received towels on the first 3 days and trash taken out. The bathroom was not cleaned at all during our stay or the beds were not made at all. I have worked as a maid and I know at least every third day the beds sheets are changed and they are made every day. The bathroom was always clean and towels given. On our 4th day we asked for our room to be cleaned and was told it was written down but then the towels were not changed out and the trash was not taken...

「Todo lo que se trata de limpieza tienes que hacerlo tú mismo. Las sábanas y las toallas las cambian cada dos semanas. Al inicio de nuestra estancia teníamos puestas sabanas usadas y se queríamos cambiarlas solo nos permitían una vez y las demás cobraban. La basura también te toca sacarla.」

「Well like my money back. They say if they give me money back we never got in our room. The room was never clean. We couldn't get in. They said they would return our money」

「Had an issue with a noisy ac unit that wasn’t cooling properly, but the staff immediately put us in another room. We always stay here, will continue to do so.」

「Easy to get to. Roomy. Staff nice. Parking simple. Amenities right where they should be and everything working. Would be great for a family on a multi-day stay.」

「今回はケネディ宇宙センターからの帰り道という事で利用しましたが、ホテルはショッピングモール内にあり催事場やDaytona International Speedwayがテラスから見えるので、レース好きな自分は大興奮でした！ またフロントやレストラン・部屋も全てにおいて清潔感があり、本当に素晴らしかったです。 翌日はSpeedwayのミュージアムを見学しました。」
