The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great location and nice pool. The rooms have been refurbished but don't really match up to the pictures posted. Parking is tight but they do have enough for each room. I would still recommend for it's age, location and staff.

This is a small hotel and easy to navigate. Our room was oceanfront and the stairs to go down to the pool area were right around the corner. Beautiful view of the ocean and the beach was not crowded. The breakfast is basically muffins or fruit, coffee, and yogurt. Not much, but it got us by until lunchtime. It was a good four days.

This oceanfront property was everything we could have asked for and more! The location was absolutely beautiful, the views were breathtaking, and waking up to the sound of the ocean made the entire stay feel like a true getaway. The property was clean, comfortable, and had such a relaxing atmosphere. A special shoutout to Winsome and Lenworth! They truly went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. They made us feel welcomed, valued, and taken care of from the moment we arrived. We had an incredible experience and would absolutely recommend this oceanfront property to anyone looking for a beautiful place to relax and enjoy some quality time.

Ok we have stayed here before, it's like our go to place in Ormond Beach. it is not a high class property, but nice location. Last 2 trips have had some issues. This trip the pool was nice, beach access fine. the room, ok, BUT the door lock/ key card never worked for all 3 days. Multiple trips to the office. Never resolved. Aslo, comes with breakfast, well, muffin, yogurt, a banana and a nice multi purpose coffee machine. the problem, The 3 days the coffee machine was NOT working. Might be time to find a new place to stay, they are not keeping things up.

The staff was excellent and very helpful. We enjoyed the wine tasting, the pool area, the cleanliness. Wished we got the view of the ocean with the balcony. All in all it was a great stay. We loved it.
