"I was traveling from Kelowna and unfortunately left my credit card at a previous hotel. When I arrived, the hotel manager did not allow me to check in, even though the room was already paid for through Hotels.com. I explained that I did not have my credit card for the deposit and offered to use my debit card instead, but it was not accepted. Despite the situation, the manager still refused to let me check in. I had no choice but to continue driving back home to Seattle. I would like to mention that Nicole at the front desk tried her best to help and even spoke to the manager on my behalf, which I truly appreciated. However, the manager remained firm and only offered a full refund. I found the manager to be very inconsiderate given the circumstances. Poor Customer service"

"Friendly Staff at the front desk and in the hallway! Recently updated. Very clean and fresh. Beds and pillows comfortable. Pool was lovely and warm. Hot tub nice and hot! Parking was easy and included in price. Complimentary Hot breakfast exceeded my expectations! "
