"Location, location, location, fabulous renovated rooms, friendly efficient staff. Based on 3 separate bookings for travel to Vancouver Island, the Rockies and train to Seattle so hotel provided luggage storage during trips. Have booked 12noon-8pm at this hotel for day use on departure day back to Oz due to 11:25pm flight. Join Pinnacle Rewards and book direct for best pricing. Highly recommend this hotel. "Very nice room, one day after room service came the duvet smelled and may have been changed to a duvet that may not have been washed properly. After ordering room service and calling the front desk for the cart to be cleared, no one came. Overall though, a good experience!"

"Overall great stay. Clean. Modern. Ice maker is only available on 5th floor and we are on the 11th so a bit inconvenient waiting for one of the two elevators but minor issue really. Otherwise all good."
