"Our room was opened when we first arrived, fire/smoke alarm in our room was deactivated or unplugged, front hotel sliding doors don’t work so if you have a lot of luggage/bags it makes it incredibly difficult to get in the hotel, and they didn’t have any bell hoppers or carts available. "
