"Clean, has nice views of the mountain (depends if you get street view or back view). Also hotel staff was great, helpful and very customer oriented. It's one bus ride away from Vancouver downtown, the surrounding area had cute little shops and timmies right under which helped start the day. Overall great property with great location for Vancouver visitors. One small note is the breakfast can use a small improvement as the options were mostly carbs (fries, bread, bagels, etc) and the food that was there is okay at best. Other than that amazing all around hence the 5 stars"

"Unfortunately since I booked with Expedia and although I had phoned and talked to the front desk requesting an accessible room, they would not accommodate my request. I even offered to pay more for an accessible room. This made our stay a bit more difficult as the bathroom was very small and space between the two beds very narrow. We did appreciate that they had washing machines and dryers available to use at a reasonable price. Location was good."
