"The rooms are great. Whenever I have an option for a kitchenette in my room, I go for that. I always love a suite feel and this place has that covered! Unfortunately one of the elevators was down, which made going up and down from my 17th floor suite a bit frustrating. They closed the steam room and sauna randomly on our second day which was also unfortunate. I know elevators and steam/sauna amenities are out of their control, but was still unfortunate for us. The staff customer service skills at the front desk were not the greatest. I understand stressful situations can make things difficult, but providing kinds customer service at your first point of contact with the customers should still be the most important."

"We loved the views, overall hotel quality and staff. Only criticism was how cold the pool and hot tub were. We went with two young kids, which means the pool was very important to our trip, but neither could handle being in the pool for more than 5-10 minutes before their lips would start to turn blue, and the hot tub was only lukewarm. That said, if the pool isn’t a big deal for you, then this hotel is pretty much perfect."

"Great little hotel in good neighborhood. Friendly staff and great price. Hot breakfast served daily. There was a lot of construction on the property during our stay but we did not hear any construction noises or anything that negatively impacted our stay. "
