Wonderful view from my room balcony. Will stay here every time I’m go to Vancouver. Only snafu is they do not accept debit Visa cards for deposits. I find that very disappointing. They were very kind to pull out a debit machine from somewhere and take a $200 deposit and return it once I checked out but had told me they won’t do it again.

The family room was perfect for our family of 4. It gave my husband and I some space from the kids and each of them had their own bed. The views from the giant windows were amazing. Even though the clouds hid the mountains from us, the cityscape and lit up trees and fountain on the hotel property were lovely. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the views, overall hotel quality and staff. Only criticism was how cold the pool and hot tub were. We went with two young kids, which means the pool was very important to our trip, but neither could handle being in the pool for more than 5-10 minutes before their lips would start to turn blue, and the hot tub was only lukewarm. That said, if the pool isn’t a big deal for you, then this hotel is pretty much perfect.

Room was a really strange shape and set up poorly. No streaming or tv services. No convenience store or shop and no vending so no way for treats, snacks or to get a pop. Right across from a hospital so sirens go all night.

Figuring out parking was a bit overwhelming, spots are tight had to unload then back in . Room was ready a bit early and was clean and spacious for the family suite. Bathroom ceiling was low and bumped my hands into it on occasion. Didn’t receive my drink vouchers that came with Expedia booking. Otherwise great stay and location was prefect right across from St. Paul’s hospital .
