The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The location of this hotel is really great, walking distance to a lot of major areas in downtown Vancouver as well as public transportation hubs. Exceptionally clean room. Had a private double with private bath and it was comfortable, clean, quiet. I would definitely stay again! Check in was smooth, it was walkable to many locations. Lots of construction going on during my visit but that was not the hotel’s fault.
