We arrived early and people helped us with luggage, stored it until our rooms were ready, got us two rooms beside each other, helped us with taxis, gave us helpful suggestions for our short stay and were very courteous. Some of the tile was a little older, but everything was very clean. We would definitely stay again if we return to Vancouver."
