"The room was awesome in every way, like a really nice extended stay place. The automated process with emails and door codes, etc. worked very well. But I did also appreciate having a staff person on site. Without a watchful eye, I could easily picture people taking advantage, i.e., lots of people in a room, parties, etc.. We did hear people having a good loud time in a nearby room, but they quieted down after a while, and we had a great night."

"The main manager was sooo rude . She needs more training & perhaps a new job if she is going to act like she hates her job so much. Also, charged us wrong for parking and wouldn’t reimburse per her being wrong. Other than that location is excellent ! The hotel itself is decent , would’ve expected more for a “4Star” hotel but not much complaints. Wouldn’t be my first choice but it’s not such a terrible choice either."
