Did not seem well kept. The room was okay. Room service did not replenish enough towels... they should know how many guests are staying in the room and we had to ask for additional towels since there was the three of us. Front desk was very responsive and friendly. Loved the coffee bar downstairs. Easy walk to all venues outside of the hotel.

This is the last place I would stay in Fulton market / west loop. Go to the Hoxton or spend the extra money and stay at nobu or soho house. The only good thing about this place was the location. Staff was not friendly upon check in. Gave no direction. The aesthetic of the rooms is freaky. Low budget jail sell

Fantastic atmosphere and staff! The beds were also surprisingly comfortable compared to what I was expecting. Complimentary robes to wear were super comfortable, too. Parking situation kinda stinks. Super super limited parking, the street parking is a pain to figure out. We ended up paying the $73 to valet park and then took the L to get where we needed to go. Conveniently there are two close train stations to walk too and you can get anywhere from them.

Nice hotel. Great amenities, friendly staff but the train comes through early in the morning and honks its horn waking everyone up. Reminds me of “My cousin Vinny”
