"Hotel is conveniently located nearby the Chicago O’Hare airport. The room was clean and amenities were good for our stay. Shuttle from the airport to the hotel was helpful."

"The price is lower than other top rated hotels, and the interior of the bedrooms did not feel like one would expect in a higher level hotel. The lighting was awful, using LED lighting is not what it should be done in hotel bedrooms or bathrooms. I frankly have the impression that a private equity firm owns the hotel and is milking it. Again, however, the price was proportionate to the value received. And the views of the lake were great."

"They gave my two queen beds to someone else and put us in a king with a pullout couch. That’s not too bad, but the kid sleeping on the pullout couch is 6’-1”. They tried to make up for it with drink coupons, but then the bourbon was clearly watered down. The reservation was for four adults. Not two adults and two kids. I asked for additional pillows and the front desk said housekeeping was in charge of that and they won’t be back until 8am. ‘I’m trying to sleep tonight though!’ Use the text to check in early so they don’t give your room away."
