「We loved the neighborhood. It was quiet and felt comfortable. It was within walking distance of the strip which was great. The pool was nice and the apartment was nicely furnished. 」

「The location is super convenient to the strip while staying away from the craziness of it. The unit is literally right next to the pool that has shallow areas perfect for our littles. The complex is in a gated community with actual security guards so we felt very safe. Neighbors were pretty loud late at night, but sound wasn’t terrible inside the unit - that’s no fault of the host and par for the course in a complex like this. 「Met some friends in Vegas for a few concerts at Sphere and it was a perfect fit for us. Bit of a lengthy walk to the strip in the heat, but easy to bus, ride share or drive and park. Condo was perfect for two couples. The space is clean and comfortable, and the host is very accommodating and responsive.」

「We did not actually stay at the property, but the property owner was very good and communicative about working with Vrbo to ensure that the visit was cancelled and credited properly. The cancellation had nothing to do with the property itself, it's just that we found a property that fit our needs slightly better. 」

「Would not recommend. Was not cleaned properly. Arrived and floor was dirty and grimy. They had to send cleaning crew back. Even tho it was documented to be cleaned. Pretzels in the couch. Dusty vents and walls. Floor under beds had dust and dust hair balls. Bathrooms had grime and mold. Coffee pot was broke but they did replace very quickly.
