"The room was beautiful and comfortable. The host went above and beyond. I had a few hiccups during the booking and check-in process, but he helped me through the entire process. I did have to wait a bit for my room to get cleaned, but the hotel offered me some food credit (although I ran out of time to use it). It was a great experience."

"You need an area where people can sit and socialize without being in their. Try to do this at the pool, pool closes at six o'clock and we couldn't take our drink with us. Which was just coffee that we just purchased. Would have love to try the buffet, but you had to have reservations, nothing was available for the four days we were there. I think you should leave space for people that are staying at the hotel. But other than that nice place."
