Stains on the room carpet. Cab to the airport costs 25 pounds and you have to order in advance. Breakfast is cafeteria style. The entrance of the hotel is very confusing. The front dest is on the second floor and they have to buzz you in! This is more like Motel 6! more like 1 or 2 star hotel. "
