"I stayed at the hotel for one night and was very pleased with my stay. The lift was broken when I arrived so they took me up in the service lift, which gave me a different view of the stadium which was great. The staff were really great at bringing my takeaway order up to me. "Great hotel in amazing location. Good parking & a novel room with sliding wall to open up space in the shower room. Particularly surprised to find all sky channels on the TV too. "

"Outside the room we enjoyed the hotel. The room was too small. We did not feel good in it. The staff were fine, but we were particularly impressed with Kim at breakfast. She ran around the breakfast room from guest to guest taking care of his comfort and needs. Every request was answered immediately, and sometimes even on her own initiative. Gave a good feeling that she really cares about the guests and it is important to her that they enjoy themselves."

"Room not ready so were invited for a glass of fizz. Room up some very steep stairs do not get room 23! Breakfast disappointing as the hot breakfast was cold and the bacon and poached eggs were overcooked. Wish we had stuck to the buffet after paying £300 for a night expected a better meal as we were then paying another £40. Decor amazing staff lovely and spa very nice . Explanation being ‘they’re doing something in the kitchen’ but not communicated at any point in the booking process. Also never mentioned gym or pool during check in so maybe that was closed too..."
