「The property was clean and well maintained. We chose this hotel because of the free breakfast versus other similarly priced options in the immediate area. We were very disappointed in the food service. The food was about what we expected but the staff failed to meet our expectations. They offered fresh fruit but we found some of the fruit offered was actually moldy. 「This property was not the location I booked. It was to have been for Holiday Inn, Express, Blowing Rock Rd, Boone, NC. not Maryland. I did not know until I tried to check in and they did not have my reservations. When I learned of the error I sent a message to Expedia to cancel however, I have been charged for the booking. Please respond and advise how I can get a refund on this booking error. I clearly wrote the address of the hotel in Boone when I made the reservations.」
