"We loved the place and enjoyed staying there. The hot water runs out because they have a small tank and they have openings in the bathroom ceiling so insects were welcome to joy us in our stay. We enjoyed overall it felt cozy and peaceful. we stay in the caboose with a queen ben and a double bunk bed room. AC and heater works great."

"We have stayed here at least a dozen times. Breakfast used to be better and is now standard hotel fare. Desk staff needed to be trained better.....One person was knowledgeable but not there when we checked in. The parking lot was full and we had to ask for recommendations about where to put our car. Desk person had to ask someone else, and then didn't know how to get to the suggested garage. We were told that parking in that garage was $5 a day. Went to the garage but it was full. Drove around for an hour looking for parking. Exhausted after a 5 hour drive earlier. Called the hotel for other suggestions and they said that we could park in the suggested garage, we just needed to show proof of hotel registration. We did. The garage charged $9 every time we came and went. The hotel then charged an additional $5 for parking. When I asked about that, I was told that I should have brought the parking tag back to the desk for validation. Had the clerk been clear on this process, it would have save us a good deal of time and the added expense. OTHER THAN THESE ISSUES....this s sa good place to stay."

"This place has come a long way since first staying there 5 yrs ago, it is our go to place to stay when we are in Lancaster area. Located in the countryside of Gordonville overlooking farms and fields. Safe parking, close to area attractions, rooms are clean and have been updated, office staff is friendly. We stay here spring and fall."
