「We enjoyed our stay. We had a little confusion because we booked through a 3rd party. The staff could’ve definitely been more understanding and kind about it. But it worked out fine I guess. The actual stay and hotel was very nice tho. Would stay there again.」

「・部屋の全てのドアのたてつけが悪く、しっかり閉めるためには大きな力がいる。早く直したほうがいいと思う。 ・洗面所や新しいタオルに髪の毛がたくさん付いていた。清潔感はあまり無い。 ・ベッドの高さが高すぎる。子どもが転落しないか心配だった。 ・24時間フロントのコーヒーが飲めるのは嬉しかった。粉末のクリーマーではなくて液体のミルクが用意されているのも良かった。」

「WiFi only worked by the front of the room. Nowhere on the beds or beyond. The toilet handle was broken. Had to be jiggled to make the water fill the tank and stop running and eventually fell off. When I told staff, nothing was done even tho the woman said she would alert them. Waited an entire day - told them when we were leaving for breakfast and wasn’t fixed when we came back for bed at 930pm. I had to fix it myself by sticking my hand in the tank and reconnecting it. 「Room was very clean & comfortable. Scenery was very relaxing deck was nice to sit watch early morning sun even night time looking over field pool was relaxing and refreshing. Staff was pleasant and friendly with a smile goes a long way. Especially Karen at the desk definitely went that extra mile to make our short trip pleasant and fun very sweet and helpful we were new to the area recommended an excellent restaurant for a late breakfast . Will definitely be going back and a longer stay...

「The hotel was so quaint and enjoyable. The steamboat theme was throughout the hotel and rooms, in a very tasteful way. My kids thought it was “extremely fancy.” The outdoor space, the pond, fire pit and playground were great, but the friendly staff was what really set this apart. 5/5!!!」
