「The host did not disclose they live there and refused to vacate the property during our scheduled rental time. They had pets that was also undisclosed which would have caused concern for allergic guests. The contract was changed after signing to add additional fees. It is against vrbo policy for the owner to live on the premises. Thankfully vrbo was helpful and offered a refund but our event was displaced with no where to go within one hour of its start time. 」

「Host was pleasant and very accommodating. Property has off street parking with a pathway leading directly to the house. Room was clean and comfortable. The coffee maker was greatly appreciated. Breakfast was served hot and very tasty.」

「This one of the nicest stays that we’ve had in a while. The room was very clean and the owners were amazing from helping getting us settled in right down to making it feel like you were right at home. Would definitely recommend and would stay again without any questions.」

「I loved my solo stay here! I came into town one night for a concert and was very happy with the Hollander house. Kenneth was very communicative and attentive via email and easily reachable. I had no issues and everything was nice and clean and easy to find. I wasn’t able to stay for breakfast due to my schedule however, I’m sure it was delicious! Would certainly stay again」
