「The property was very hard to get into with the layout of the streets. We were not particularly happy with the type of sink that was in the room. I was definitely not pleased that I had to pay a $100 security deposit. Even though it was refundable, I never ever had to pay a security deposit at a hotel before. That was a totally unnecessary expense, even if it was temporary.」
