「Great location to walk into town and to go explore the entire Brandywine area. Great kitchen and back room to sit and chat with family. 3 nice size bedrooms. 」

It’s modern yet very comfortable and no detail has been overlooked.There is a bedroom on the third floor that’s like a suite. Private and quiet, be sure to claim that as yours.The house was immaculate. We will definitely stay again if we’re in the area.」

「As a retired architect, I love staying in clean, well designed and comfortable homes. This home was perfect! My only note is for older folks with bad knees, as with most older homes, the stairs might be a bit challenging. We’re averaging 70 and quite healthy, the stairs were fine for us. Thank you Ivanca!」

「2nd time in less than three weeks we stayed here due to excellent condition and 5 minutes from Christiana Care. This is our “go to” lodging in New Castle County. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast, which does have good choices, does become a bit “ same same” after a few days. Very appreciative of the attentive staff. Housekeeping deserves the tip we leave them. They earned it!」
