"The room was great! The only problem is that you could hear all the road noise! And when asked for when we want our housekeeper to come by we picked Thursday of that week, just to get fresh towels, they never came by. So if you are wanting your room cleaned or bed made everyday you best say everyday. Other than that I would definitely stay again."

"Beautiful property, clean and very friendly management. I will recommend the carriage house to any family. It felt like being at home. Easy access to those with mobility issues and young children. Parking right outside your room. Very safe location with easy access to shops and tourist sites a short drive away. I will stay at this property again."

"The disaster started pulling into the Holiday Inn, not the Clarion Inn. Their pictures online are of the Holiday Inn and the Holiday Inn is in litigation with Clarion Inn for false advertisement. Clarion Inn is nice. They are renovating, but it is still a nicely kept Inn to stay. The room was spacious and clean. The view was nice. But we ran out of towels on day 2 and they said they were all out of towels. We checked the storage room AND the laundry room. The staff said they were out and tried to give me face towels to use. We also ran out of body wash on night 1... the jugs that snap into the container. Despite multiple reminders, the staff didn't ever replace the body wash. The pool was closed when we arrived. Construction. Renovating the space left it unusable on a very hot day. The staff reassured me that it would be open the next day despite their false advertisement of the pool being open. No surprise, the staff lied and the pool was closed for renovations the next day. When I questioned the staff, they said they would open it in 30 minutes. 150 minutes later, as we were leaving for dinner, we saw the construction crew packing up at the end of day. No pool. No body wash. No towels. No bacon. The Inn refused to serve bacon at any breakfast but instead went with lower grade proteins and cheaper alternatives. The Clarion Inn is nice, but the current staff dismisses their customer service levels. I would never stay here again. I do not recommend."

"The outside and lobby were very nice and well maintained. Free popcorn is a plus! The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Tv was a little small but we were in town for a wedding and didn’t spend much time in the room anyway. Overall we had a great experience and would stay again if we find ourselves back in Lancaster."
