Great property, the floors are thin so we heard upstairs running around. But breakfast great, staff at front desk great. We had a 3 night min req stay, which these hotels normally don’t have, but we worked with it and spent extra days here to meet the min requirement.

We stayed July 11,2026 through July 30,2026 our stay at Downingtown Home2 was incredible! The hotel is so clean , there is staff constantly working on different parts of the Hotel cleaning . Our room was cleaned every other day. The room staff replace everything we used every time .we used the laundry room for doing clothes that was also very clean . The main lobby staff always went out of their way to address any questions we asked . The morning breakfast was enjoyable and my grandson loved swimming in the pool . We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!💕
