「We stayed 3 nights and they never cleaned our room once. When asked why this was the case, they blamed us. They said that because we didn’t put out the “please clean the room” sign we were at fault. Never heard of this rule before, but we made sure to put it up the second day. Again our room was not cleaned. Again we were blamed for not putting out the sign. On checking out I asked them to rectify this problem and they refused. Horrible customer service if you can even call it that. Save...

「Pros: The beds were very comfortable and it was nice to have other pillow options. The kitchen seamed well-stocked with pots, pans, etc.Cons: 1) While there is sleeping and dining space for 4 adults, there is no way for 4 adults to comfortably be together in the front room. The posted picture includes a large couch which is no longer there. 2 of us had to sit on the very uncomfortable ottoman/hide-a-bed for all of us to hang out together. 2) The hot tub is not part of the townhome's immediate...

「We had an amazing stay at Mineral schoolhouse. My adult siblings with families of their own all fit in the very sizeable rooms comfortably with plenty of room and interesting things to keep us entertained and active. We played pickleball in the gym, enjoyed a stage performance put on by the kids, played bingo, watched tv in the family room, played "school", walked to the lake, pretended to be lunch ladies, rang the school classes bell, sent their parents to the principal's office, etc. So...

「My husband and I selected this home for our family annual reunion. Unfortunately, he passed away this past fall, but the family decided to get together to celebrate his life in this beautiful home. He would have loved the Asian architecture and views from the house. Absolutely gorgeous! Ana was very helpful with some questions we had and brought over extra supplies when we needed them. She was very gracious and made our stay quite enjoyable.」
