「We ended up with a room that didn’t have a shower - not advertised on our booking anywhere. There were showers to use nearby, but they were being serviced and were unavailable. There was one additional shower that we had to use for our stay, but no hot water was ever present. Unfortunately this did dampen our experience. The location on the edge of First Beach was amazing however」

「We booked a triple-occupancy room through Expedia that was supposed to include a private hot tub on the balcony. However, when we arrived, we were first given a room with only one bed. After returning to the front desk and explaining the issue, we were told that Expedia had made the reservation that way. Following a long delay, we were moved to a room with two queen beds, but it still did not match the room we had booked for three guests, and it did not include the hot tub that was one of the...

「The resort itself feels a little tired. Could use some new paint but the sheets are incredibly soft, beds comfortable and rooms very clean. Overall we had a great stay and highly recommend.」
