Great room...fit 7 comfortably. Fireplace worked well. Frig was not very cold. Lots of fun things to do. Food at Timber buffet was plentiful and delicious.
Room was great they had a full day of scheduled activities for the kids (all free) and the staff are all so sweet and warm with the children. Very magical days for my son.
A great time was had with my son and our friends. So much fun in the water park, wonderful activities for the kids and the new storytime was a hit right before bedtime. The room is very spacious.

Loved it. Definitely recommend recommend renting a cabana for the pool area or else you will have no seating. Otherwise great stay trip and housekeeping was excellent
The room was nice but the water park was over crowded. We will definitely come here but only for one night.

My son just got onto a ride in the arcade not even 2 secs electricity died and took the money. Despite that electricity died for about 15 mins and everyone had to leave, the stay was great. My kids had lots of fun
Clean room, great staff. Dawn at the check in desk was wonderful! We were able to bring outside food and drinks into the park without issue which made the stay much more affordable and pleasant because I have very picky eaters. We are looking forward to coming back.
Everything was the same as itâs always been, small updates. Unfortunately some updates were unexpected like paying $25usd a night for parking and the water park not opening until 10am, while prior years it was open at 9am. Overall it was ok and the kids had a great time .
This is perfect for families with small children ages 3-13. Took my 15 year old and adult children for Easter weekend. My teenager frequented the arcade while my adult children hung out at the bar. Not happy with the water park area. Seemed too cramped and stuffy where the cabanas were located. The layout seemed awkward. Having only one flight of stairs and one wheelchair ramp caused a bottleneck effect near the entrance. The outdoor hot tub area hidden at the back was so small it felt like it was built as an afterthought. Other than that, the Grand Bear Suites and food selection there was 10/10 highly recommend!
Room was clean everyone was friendly. Hotel elevator was terrible. If youâre disabled and are staying at the hotel, you will have to walk up and down the stairs to get to your room unless you want to spend the entire trip waiting for the elevator.
