Traveled with 4 kids. Room was spacious. Enjoyed the large fire pits with all the fixings for smores available. Pool was great for spring option in WA.

The staff were fantastic — friendly, professional, and really helpful. The place is starting to show its age and could use a refresh: worn carpet and some creaky elevators. Little things were annoying, like light-up doorbells outside every room that kids kept pressing as they ran down the hall, and no indoor stairways to the lobby (all are fire exits that led to the outside) meant we had to wait for slow elevators. It’d be nice if the Mercantile had drip coffee (a lot of guests asked), and the hot tubs didn’t have working jets — when we mentioned it at the desk the response felt a bit indifferent, which was odd given how great the staff usually are. With a few updates and fixes, this hotel would be even better.

The stay was great. Restaurant and bar staff great as usual. Check in was almost 2 hours late and I called the front desk 2 times during our stay for questions and no one answered.

We stayed at the Inn as we have for the past couple years. This year things felt quite rundown. Both the common areas and the room were not kept up or the cleanest. The room also seemed to degrade in quality. They need to invest some time and effort updating the space and maintaining it.

I had booked a room in the Lodge but when I checked in I was “upgraded”. Instead of the room in the lodge I was given a two bedroom condo (trailhead 1 condo 307). The condo was dark, depressing, run down, had burned out light bulbs, dirty bathroom rugs and 3 non working tv sets. The “upgrade” was a joke. Do better Cascadia. Will not book another stay with them.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary and were welcomed with the sweetest surprise — a bottle of wine and a card waiting on the table when we opened the door. Such a thoughtful extra touch that made our stay even more special. We loved soaking in the outdoor pool at night, and the view from our room was absolutely spectacular. The staff were amazing, too — truly made our celebration unforgettable.

It was a wonderful 2nd time stay in Suncadia starting from quick checkin to all the services, facilities and beautiful location. The stay is specifically excellent because of pet allowed and providing dinning facility where we can have our dog with us. It’s a beautiful resort to make wonderful memories. Looking forward to revisit 💜
