Who doesn’t love a good Larch March!? Fall is my favorite time of the year because hiking is great that time of year. Leaves are changing color, and they are beautiful! Bright yellow, orange and red! This hike is the perfect spot to see the larches! Lake Ingalls is about 10 miles round trip, and I would rate it as moderate. Definitely has some incline, especially heading towards the lake. I would also recommend downloading a map because it does take a little path finding to get to the lake. Also, be on the lookout for mountain goats. On this specific trip, I saw a cute little family of 4 mountain goats. Dad, mom and two babies! Adorable!! I could have spent hours taking tons of pictures because the scenery was amazing. Definitely recommend this hike in the fall, because it’s the perfect fall #adventure :)
