"Prince’s Gate was an older property. The room was clean and comfortable, but you could hear people walking on the porch outside. The door to our room was weird as the door knob was at knee level. Parking was ample and free. We had drinks at the bar and service was very good. The area around the fireplace in the great room was warm and comfy. We ate breakfast both mornings at Citron Cafe about two blocks from the hotel and it had exceptional food and service. Loads of shopping and restaurants...

"It was a lovely place to stay. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was nice and clean, and nice and fresh. However the bedding was too small for the bed so it wasn’t big enough to share with 2 in the bed. Also the beds were hard and the pillows to soft. Other than that was a lovely stay. "

"Very last-minute stay for us and was well worth it. Clean and tidy with a very nice and hot thermal pool. Could do with a little bit of a spruce up in the bathroom, but meets (and compared to some others exceeds) 3 stars in that department. Overall would stay again if given the opportunity. "
