Hotel old and dirty. Discourteous overweight rude reception guy. No coffee left in room. Requested a room with a view. didn’t get it. A/C very noisy. We were booked in for 2 nights but one was more than enough.

Satyam checked us in and he was very helpful. We had 3 rooms booked. He was ready with our keys and even recognised us by our name when we walked in. That felt so personalised.
